Overview

End-to-end restaurant ordering and delivery ecosystem delivered as three Flutter applications for customers, restaurant staff, and delivery drivers. A shared Firebase backend and Cloud Firestore synchronize the order lifecycle in real time: customers place orders, staff manage and assign them, drivers receive delivery work, and customer-facing status updates propagate without polling. The product is Arabic/RTL focused and includes production Android/iOS release work.
