Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging professional software services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Any separately signed contract or Scope of Work takes precedence for project-specific details.

2. Services Provided

Services may include mobile, web, backend and API development, ERP and POS systems, e-commerce, custom software, software architecture, technical consulting, deployment, and production support.

3. Scope & Payment

  • Defined scope: Requirements and deliverables are agreed before implementation.
  • Deposit: A project may require an upfront payment to reserve delivery capacity.
  • Milestones: Payments may be tied to agreed milestones and reviewable deliverables.
  • Final delivery: Final files, credentials, and agreed rights are transferred after project payment obligations are completed.

4. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the client owns the custom deliverables as defined by the project agreement. General-purpose tooling, reusable architectural patterns, and components not specific to the client's proprietary business logic may be reused unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

Project data, trade secrets, and confidential business information are handled confidentially. An NDA can be signed when required, and confidentiality obligations continue as defined by the applicable agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reasonable professional care is applied to development and delivery. Liability does not extend to indirect losses caused by third-party services, external systems, or changes made outside the agreed scope, subject to applicable law and contract terms.

7. Termination

Either party may request termination in writing. Work completed up to the termination date is settled according to the agreement, including any applicable deposit or non-refundable payment terms.
